We have achieved and maintained our ‘game-changer’ status in the field of document management and business process automation, through our fully integrated solutions, problem-solving and innovation.

We utilise a secure software cloud platform which integrates seamlessly into the customer IT systems (including SageX3 & Sage300) to ensure the data security and integrity of the clients’ systems is maintained. Our solutions are fully integrated and operate out of a single client dashboard customised to client requirements with specialised reporting, and our communication portal is mobile responsive and can be accessed via any device through individual user accounts. All user activity is tracked and recorded.

Christopher de Zeeuw

Director
As a CA (SA) with 16 years’ extensive experience in finance and commerce, including 2 years senior management in supply chain, 3 years as Financial Director for Nampak Corrugated and 2 years for a large steel and aluminum opening manufacturing Group – during which time he significantly improved business cash flow management – Chris is extremely passionate and really ‘fired up’ about all aspects of business efficiency and process improvement!

Jacques Correia

Technical Director
Holding an Honours degree in Informatics and Chemistry, Jacques has been passionate about business, computers and science from a very young age. He began his career in research chemistry, and – somewhat ironically – worked on the gases used in the manufacture of computer chips. Fuelled by an immense, life-long passion for technology and efficiency, he then left the chemistry lab behind, to pursue a career in IT.
